You can either do this at home or if you have a couple hundred dollars to spend you can go to a spa and have it done.
This involves making a paste of minerals and nutrients and putting them all over you and you wrap your self up tight and do some physical activity. What this does is make your fat cells purge and water and toxins so they shrink. You normally don’t use weight with this but you will definitely lose inches off you butt, thighs and waist. If you wrap your arms and legs you can lose inches there too. You may find it easier to go to a spa and have them wrap you up like a mummy rather than doing it yourself because once you start wrapping it will be hard to move around and I don’t think you want your friends or family to see you like this. Another reason to go to the spa is that they have all the supplies on hand because if you go to the drug store to buy 100 ace bandages that can get pretty expensive.

Now, in conjunction with my sauna attempt I took some diuretics aka water pills. Now, if you don’t want to sweat yourself to death in the sauna you can try these. They will help you lose some fast water weight and lose that bloated feeling. You should be able to squeeze into a one size smaller dress. As you know our bodies are 70% water. You can pick them up at your local drug store or order them online. Coffee is also a natural diuretic. If you drink too much though you will be bouncing off the walls. So, I would stick with the pills. Now keep in mind this is only a temporary fix like if you have a class reunion or wedding or something like that because once you increase your water intake to normal you will put the pounds back on. Now there is another fairly new method using body wraps to help lose inches that I will talk about in my next post.

Yes. Its true. You can lose 10 pounds today in the sauna. You have to sit there for like 3 hours though.
I did this once about 10 years ago when I needed to lose some weight quickly so I could join the military. The next day I had to go to the MEPS to get my physical and get weighed and everything. The night before I went to a local gym and they gave me a guest pass for one day to try it out. I got on some exercise machines for a little bit and went to the sauna. I weighed myself before and after. I sat there for like 3 hours. That is easier said than done because you start to feel like you are suffocating. When I came out I lost like 10 pounds!!! Hooray!!
Now mind you, this is all water weight that I lost and I knew any fluids I drank would pack the pounds right back on. So needless to say the next 24 hours sucked. I did take some water pill that I will talk about in my next post, but I accomplished my goal and as soon as I weighed in I drank a bunch of water and that 10 pounds was back on in no time.
